For safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on products that have been opened or used. Please make sure to review all product details before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Packages returned to us without prior approval are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us first before attempting to send back any items.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel an order, email us within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, the order may already be in production or transit and cannot be canceled.
